Hi, whenever I turn on my computer from a shutdown or sleep, it goes really slow and pc sounds such as skype make a scratching sound. I open up a game like league of legends, i would normally get about 100-200 fps on ultra, but when i play after a startup it is on about 45 - 50 fps. I close all processes but that didnt help. I ran avg and malware bytes and that doesnt work either. A temporary fix i use is just to restart it whenever I turn it on. Is there anyway it can just not be slow after startup?
