Ok, so I'm going to use this new computer for video editing. [AE latest version, Adobe Premiere Elements latest version and the list goes on and on]
OS: Windows 7/8 [not sure yet. any advices?]
I will edit videos over 8h/day and this new build will be powered more than 12h/day.
Here where I live summer weather can go over 40*C/104*F [outside]
I want the best performances for video editing. Games are not on my priority list at all but I wil be playing some games from time to time.

I would recommend you 4930k for video editing! because it will be significantly faster! than 4770k! and it's also more future proof. Don't get 780ti! because your main target is video editing! and 780ti will not give you any improvements in your needs! 16GB is enough for editing now and also you can easily add another kit later and have 32GB in total! 840-EVO is really good SSD also WD Black is good because of it's speed just search about video editing machines and you'll understand everything!
