HI i've just installed a new PSU and GPU. Seasonic 520w and a 760 sc. I plugged everything in and when i turn on my pc it freezes on the startup-boot (beginning where you see options such as pressing f12 or Del for bios). When i try press f12 or del it would say that i'll "load" it but it just freeze.
I would hear a single short beep every 40-50 seconds, couple of times then it takes me to a black screen (where it wants me to type something idk, not display-off issue), a white underline on top left.

Maybe my new psu causing issue with my HDD, a reading issue.

Need help here, im clueless.

Solution
this is a gpu issue i believe.
After 5 hours of trying to figure it out.

My old card works fine, but when i put in the 760 it just freeze at the startup splash screen (at acer logo since that's my pc manufacturer).
After a couple of single beep, the blinking underscore appears. I don't think i did anything wrong, i used the 6+2(8) and 6 pins that's required.
May be DOA (despite the card being able to spin). Idk whats up with the display but it seems like it's a still image, frozen, crashed.

I've posted this in the graphics section as well (hours ago) since its gpu related. But i think it's come to an end, just gonna send it back.
do you have an igp on your board or only the gtx 760??
check carefully if everything is well installed ...memory in the good slot/power connectors on the board/overtemp issues..
do you have and aftermarket cpu cooler or stock one??? try reseating cpu and memory... etc
if you put somes specs it will be nice.
