those blanking plates should punch out with little effort and if you've tried every option then it's manufacturing fault. if you try any harder then you're gonna end up hurting yourself or damaging the case to the point where it can't be returned. it looks like then metal hasn't been weakened enough for it to be pushed out. take it back to the shop and get another one.

then email them explaining the problem and don't take no for an answer, you were sold and item that's faulty it's down to them to either refund or replace it. why should you pay and be lumbered with something that you cant use?

Would take longer than I have time for and honestly it's a burden to write alot of these things I honestly give this case a thumbs down for cooler master letting something like this not work correctly.
