Hello im trying to build a PC that can play most games around 720p with 30fps or more. Interested in games like Skyrim, Final Fantasy 14, and playing ps2 roms. I'm not really interested in playing games at really high settings.

I'm only looking to spend about $300 and will upgrade in the future if i need to. I've looked around and found these parts. I just need help making sure these can all go together. Also if you can recommend anything else that will help also!

Trying to decide between these two for APU

Can't decide between this case

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005LIDU5S/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1395454649&sr=8-2 or

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00ATL19JQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_15?qid=1395454741&sr=8-15&pi=SY200_QL40 This one comes with a power supply.

I don't need a OS, hard drive, or monitor.

Again im not looking for anything real powerful and ill upgrade as I see fit.

Thanks!

Solution
-The second CPU you listed is more powerful.
-The motherboard you picked is incompatible with your processor. You need a motherboard with an FM2 socket.
-Get 2x2gb RAM if possible so it can run in dual channel mode (faster).
-PSU's that come bundled with a case are usually crap. Get a cheap case and a Corsair CX430 ($20).

Looks like the Rosewill doesn't have a PSU included. If you chose that case, you'd have to buy a PSU such as the Corsair CX430 as recommended by zeph_yr. I don't know what brand PSU is in the SOHO 368 case.
It's easier to buy a separate case and PSU - gives you more choice. So maybe the CX430 and any case you want is the best solution.

So I bought a A10 7850k paired with a FATAL1TY FM2A88X+ KILLER motherboard.
Will any PSU work with those components like the Corsair CX430?

Also should I really not buy a case with a psu included? I'm only asking because I have some gift cards and could cover it with those cards.

Thanks again

The CX430 would be great for that build. You could buy a case with psu included, but usually those power supplies aren't very good quality. If you have the money I would go with a separate case and power supply.
