I have following configuration
motherboard: intel dg41cn
Hard drive : 500gb samsung + 80gb seagate
ram : 3gb ddr2
Cpu: e5700
Dvd drive: 1xdvd drive
gpu : gtx 650 ti 1 gb 128 bit
1x avermedia internal tv tuner card
os: windows 8.1
psu: seasonic ss400bt

i want to buy gtx 660 2gb or 660 oc 2gb

my 400 w psu specs:
Power Output 400 W
Efficiency 85 %
Current at DC Output of +3.3 V 20 A
Current at DC Output of +5 V 20 A
Current at DC Output of +12 V 30 A
Current at DC Output of -12 V 0.8 A
Current at DC Output of +5 V sb 2.5 A
Motherboard 1 Motherboard Connector with 20 pin, 24 pin
CPU 1 CPU Connector with 4 pin
PCI-e 2 PCI-e 6 pin
SATA 4 SATA Cables
Peripheral 2 Peripheral Connector with 4 pins

will i able to run this card on this psu ?
if i can which one should i buy stock or oc?

so which nvidia card you suggest perfect for my build ?
my budget is around 15000-20000 ?

i have seen difference between imae quality of amd and nvidia cards
nvidia has better graphics than amd ?
can you post some differencee
