Doesnt Load OS. Is in a Loop.

I would turn my computer on and the ASRock logo will flash for a split second allowing me to access BIOS. But then the ASRock logo again. I concluded that my computer is not loading the OS afte I just bought and installed a new AsRock z75 motherboard. What should I do?

enter the BIOS and make sure all the settings are correct. The system is crashing and rebooting. Make sure all Bios setting are correct.

Also anytime you replace the motherboard you need to reinstall to OS. Sometimes you can get lucky and not need to but most time you need to. The restart so quick makes me thing there is a bad BIOS setting.
