The ram is labelled as 1866 but when i run it the speed actually jumps around, from 666 MHz -750... after seeing this I had to go to work so I didn't get much time to play around with it.
I have the 4960x ivy bridge, sabertooth x79 asus motherboard and 6 sticks of 8 GB corsair vengeance ram. I was just wondering what the quickest way was to get it to run 1866, or if this is just a power saving function happening. Any ideas/tips?
