1366x768
all settings on "high"
vsync on
TXAA 4x

pc-

AMD fx -8350 4.1ghz
GTX 770 2gb
8gb RAM
600w psu

what kind of fps do you guys get?

Assassin's Creed 4 is a pretty badly optimized game, I don't think it's possible to get a perfect 60FPS on high settings regardless of what hardware you have. The game is also very CPU bound, and only really uses a single core, so AMD CPUs don't do quite as well. Overclocking your FX 8350 might help a bit, but don't expect a perfect 60FPS when you enter a crowded area in a city.

You can try turning Vsync off, that might help a bit because the game doesn't use Triple Buffering. However, you will wind up seeing a lot of screen tearing because for some reason the game caps its framerate at 62FPS.
