I already have a DVD drive that i got from my old build and i don't know if my old 550 will get the job done with this bad boy... so i need your help in also calculating the amount of wattage i need +100 watts.

You sure. Its not barely on edge? I don't want to overwork my build

why have a processor that matches an i7, with such a relatively weak GPU. If it meant you could afford a 760, or 770, i would recommend an FX 8350 instead, assuming gaming is the main thing you do. If you do editing and stuff like that then the choice makes sense (lond renders, etc)

If you would like and can afford an R9 270x, I recommend the MSI Gaming R9 270x 2gb card and if you can't afford that you could go with an MSI Gaming GTX 750ti card. I recommend all cards in the MSI Gaming/Twin Frozr line
