Intel Gaming Computer - $1200

It all works and will be fine

Personally I would avoid a white case . Nothing else in your system will be white so to me they just look odd

The low voltage memory ....I havent been any of that 1.25 v Sniper to run at the rated timings and frequencies at 1.25 volts .
Expect to have to bring the voltage to 1.45 - 1.5

GPU is cheaper here http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=84358&vpn=N770%20TF%202GD5%2FOC&manufacture=MSI&promoid=1263

With the price of that SSD, might as well get the best on the market. Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB

There are cheaper G.Skill RAMs that does the same thing, but cheaper.

Corsair TX are great PSU, but overpriced in this case. Go with Antec HCG-620M if you are not adding another GPU.
