Just found this card on Flipkart.com:

http://www.flipkart.com/msi-nvidia-geforce-gtx-750ti-n7...

This card is the MSI Gaming OC TwinFrozr version of the GTX 750 Ti; priced at INR 14204.
Is this cooler needed for this card? It only consumes 60W of power.
Also, this card seems a bad deal at the price. The GTX660 is currently priced at INR 15.5k around, a zotac version even dipping to INR 12950.

Opinions?

Depends on your acoustic fillings, I'd go for Zotac because of price! Both cards would perform well but price difference is big! Also 660 is a bit faster than 750ti!

Question, why you ask us about it being graphics cards authority?

Definately not I am sure you can play GTA IV in FULL HD of course your Display should support 1080P,I had ZOTAC NVIDIA 8400 GS in past & I had very bad Experience with them.So I think you should get EVGA 02G-P4-3753-KR.

Because there are "Graphics card Masters" on this forum.
Pleasantries aside; it's just a badge. Knowledge is never absolute. Even if you don't have a badge that I do, it is very much possible you have indepth knowledge of the subject.

Nobody's talking about the EVGA cards, and they're not available here in India anyway.
What was your bad experience about Zotac? I had decided to go with Zotac on my 650, but since they didn't have VGA ports I went with Gainward instead; who had a very good and silent card.

And why didn't you use DVI to VGA adapter? Mine GTX-760 MSI TF version also doesn't have VGA output but I used CRT monitor with my card by that adapter until i changed my monitor.

Anyway, I thought having a native VGA port was better, to avoid any problems. Another reason was that the Gainward one was slightly cheaper(INR 7856 for the Zotac, 7791 for the Gainward).

Now that I think about it, if I were to get a stronger GPU, I'd have to go with a DVI-to-VGA adapter. No other choices.

@officialexpert Did you use the drivers from Zotac or the ones from the NVIDIA website? I always use the NVIDIA original drivers. No display driver crashes so far(on stock for my new card atleast; I had a 210 which I had overclocked; and it sometimes messed up colours when under heavy load. Never crashed the game though).

Latest drivers from Nvidia with new GPU can increase performance in games up to 30 or 50% depends on GPU!

Though that error shows it's a Driver Problem but Actually It's a hardware problem.Of Course from NVIDIA website.

AGAIN someone selected best answers.

@ahmadjohn True that. New drivers also allow maximum stability.

I know, but do I look like the kind of guy who does such cheap tricks? Someone else is doing it.
If you remember, I had also sent a PM regarding this to you. I still have it saved in my inbox.
