Optical drive manufacturer's do not supply drivers as the generic Microsoft driver for all makes & models is already built-in to Windows.
However, they do supply firmware updates which are written to the drive's firmware. Your optical drive is a LiteOn model so you need to go to the LiteOn Support website: http://www.liteonodd.com/en/service-support/download/cat_view/44-software-tool/54-utilities
At the foot of the page there is a download called SmartPack which will automatically detect & upgrade your optical drive's firmware.
