Computer makes weird noises when being fully utilised

This is something that happened recently but whenever I play a game and my PC is fully utilised because of it, it seems to make weird clicking noises. I think it's the fans but idk, should I just leave it? Also the fans seem to go up and down in speed, I don't notice it when I wear headsets.

I've had my PC for around 1.5 months, specs are:

i5 3570
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Dual X 2GB
8GB DDR3 RAM
Fractal Define R4 w/ standard fans (1 connected plus the CPU/GPU fans)

the fans are meant to increase their speed when you are putting load onto it like games.
Where is the clicking noise? Can you open up your case and find out?
If it is near the hard drive then you might want to back up all your important data before it dies

Are you sure it is the fans clicking though?it might be not screwed in properly, vibrations from the fan onto the case or the bearings is making that noise. if it really annoying you, you could get new fans
