yes they will both work fine and that 45 dollar one is a tier 1 quality built psu. it can handle some nice gpu upgrades in the future as well

unofficially im not sure you'd have to look around but i dont think it does
i believe it only supports dual graphics officially with up to a 6670.
whats your budget for the card?

yea if worse comes to worse just disable the igpu and run on the 7770. and i would run the card without dual graphics first because it will give you an idea if the igpu is holding it back in dual graphics. this has been known to happen to when paring a unofficial card with a igpu in dual graphics

for a 7770 you need a 6pin pcie power connector so yes you will have to get a new psu if your psu doesnt already have one and even then i still would because you will be pulling close if not over what the psu can push.

well with your cpu i wouldnt go higher than a 270x/760/7850/7870

if you still only have the 2gb of memory i would definately upgrade to a 2x4gb 1866 cl9 1.5v set
most newer games require that you have 4gb or more some like cod ghost only let you play if you have 6gb or more

if you have some extra money a good ssd around 85 like the samsung evo would greatly speed up your system on bootimes and loading programs and anything installed on it
