Hi I have a PSU RM650 Corsair and I am unsure were to connect the corsair link. I have a Gigabyte F2A85XN-WIFI mother board. Can some one help me please?

Solution
The usb header in the image simply has a plastic bracket around it, not all motherboards have brackets.
In your case, There are two USB headers, 1xUSB3.0 and 1xSB2.0.
The USB3 header is right next to your SATA ports, this one does have a bracket surrounding it but USB3.0 is a different type header with 20 pins and probably wont do.
Directly above it there is one USB2.0 header available only so if you have used it for your case, then you are unfortunately out of luck.

If you are having trouble finding them please check page 29 of your user manual where you will find a diagram:

I have only the part that connects to the PSU. Is it possible to connect it to the cooling pump of the H100i trough the Y cable provided by the H100i since I don't have another internal usb port?

You shouldn't be looking for a USB port but a USB header. It is header where you would connect the cable to a USB port on your case. The USB headers are usually blue in color, most motherboards have 3 or four of them on board. If you check the link I posted you will see one in the 4th image (in blue).

I have only one internal usb connection for the case.My motherboard is very small (Gigabyte F2A85XN) and it does not have USB headers like dose pictured.

Yes I'm using the USB 3 for the case and I'm using the USB 2.0 for the H100i Rad to moniter the fans and temps

Actually you may be in luck. Your H100i should have a port on the controller module that can accommodate the c-link cable from your psu. If you check the link I posted it describes where you can connect it (towards the end). Apparently you don't even need the extra cable .
