I need help. I've been trying to install windows for the past hour and keep bumping into the same problem. "No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click ok"
It keeps instructing me to "Select the driver to be installed"
I have no idea and am at a loss. This is my first pc build

Most likely it is that Win7 doesn't have drivers to support your SATA chipset. Your mainboard should've come with a drivers disc. Windows needs the drivers to "speak" with your HDD(s). After loading the Win7 setup, there should be an option to load drivers, select that option (i do believe it's an option you can select with your mouse), you can then eject the Win7 disc, insert the mainboard drivers disc, load the SATA drivers from the mainboard disc, eject the mainboard disc after loading to memory, and reinsert the Win7 disc. It now should show your HDD(s). Once they are shown, proceed as normal.

I have seen a similar driver problem where it doesn't recognize the Optical drive. That's a pain, because you have to get a USB drive or temporarily hook up a 2nd (usually older) Optical drive to load the drivers. Then proceed.

The problem comes from Win7s "generic" driver set which doesn't have support for all chipsets, SATA controllers, etc... Which you then have to load them manually, and then continue your installation.
