I built a computer a while back and it woorkked great for about 7 months but then the other month it started to freeze so i had to force shutdown this at first happened every couple of days but then became much more frequent to the point i could no longer use it PS on the last time i turned it on to try and w work out what it was after a while it randomly shutdown. for the first time. After w while i worked out it was the mobo so i bought a new one installed it and it worked great for 2 weeks. Then i experienced my first random shutdown. this was once again not frequent but increased so once again i cant use it. I then turned it on its side and examined its fans while running. All was fine but i noticed that the psu fan sometimes span very badly and jerkily and other times fine. However with all windows open and case full open i managed to get it to work for a couple of hours and i played civ 5 with a friend. The next morning (today) i turned it on and it turned off once and then the next time it froze. I tried twice more and it froze every time. I am now very puzzled and do noot know what is happening because i thought i had fixed that problem.
My temps on cpu were around 50-60 most of the time and on idle the gfx card was on about 35. The voltage on the 12 rail was around 11.56 and the other ones were closer to what they should be.
the fan on my psu is very loud and always has been but when i listenned to the computer this morning i noticed that there was a slight clicking noise.
