Well, I have a Gigabyte GA-M61PME-S2P, and would like to buy a new graphics card, the Sapphire Ati R9 280X 3GB DDR5. Would it fully work for my mother board ? Or do I need to change the mother board ? Thank you very much : )

The Sapphire Ati R9 280X GPU requires a PCI Express x16 slot, and your motherboard has one of those so your okay provided it isn't already occupied.

Bear in mind though that the Sapphire Ati R9 280X card, because of it's thickness/width, in effect occupies two slots, so you won't be able to use the slot next to it for anything.
