Compatibly will be more to do with your motherboard but I presume it has a PCI x16 slot so you should be fine running the GTX 750.

You don't fit a gpu into a cpu.....both parts fit on a motherboard. You need to know if you have a x16 PCIe slot. It should be a long slot (not for memory).

Then as long as you have a 300w power supply, you should be able to power the GTX 750 off of the PCIe x16 slot.
