In games like BF4 I average about 85 fps, can go down to 70 and up to 110 at max settings. In sleeping dogs my fps seems to be locked at 60 and can go down to about 45 fps on HIGH settings. Why is this? I checked everything there is to check to see if somewhere I locked the fps to 60, to no avail.
