Random PC crashes! HELP!!

My PC has been crashing since i got it maybe 1 year ago. ive been putting up with random crashes from day one. I have suffered through crashes every time i use it and its driving me insane! My record for least crashes in a day was 1 crash. Most often its 3-6 a day. I havent been sure as to why this happens, and my fist is taking damage when i punch my desk. HELP ME PLEASE!!!

AsRock Z77 motherboard.
i5 2500K 3.30 Ghz
Gtx 780Ti
Windows 7 64 bit
8 Gb Ram
Corsair TX650M PSU 650 watt.

It just freezes. And i have to turn it off via the reset button. The sound just repeats itself 100 times per second. In extremly rare cases my computer just gives me a blue screen of death. But ive only got it like 6 times in maybe 100 crashes.

I havent run Meatest? But im 90% sure its fine.
I ran a GTX 660 with a 550 watt powersupply the first 9 months ive had this computer and was still having freezing and crashing issues. I
