Sadly no, an intel stock cooler is meant to cool cpu's at stock speed and its very weak looking design you must need a decent aftermarket cooler.

well, you can try, but you won't get far since it will be too hot

Nah, I think I'm gonna wait few more days until I order a cooler that ModernWarfare recommended it. Better safe than sorry.

Thank you both for your answers

if you're looking at something very decent and cheap the Cooler master hyper evo 212 is the way to go at only 29.99$ at pc part picker :)  (not sure if you saw this on the post above).

Your hasewell gets hot fast and will will just BSOD, don't be afraid you'll burn it up, cause it will just stop running and you'll need to restart. Real danger is shoving a bunch of voltage with the Thermal control diasabled...I haven't had too much luck with these hasewell and Air... I put a H100i in recently and have been impressed how cool and quiet it is, so I'm sold on Liquid-- Then agian I got a poor overclocker anyway... I7 at 4.4 stable is the best I can get on any benches
