GPU & Monitor upgrade help

Hey Toms Hardware.

My first question; I have an AMD FX-8350, with a GTX 770 (2GB). I have 16GB of memory, all running on an ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0.
Is my system bottlenecked for high end gaming? If I upgrade to a Titan black or a two-way SLI with the 770s, is there still a bottle neck for gaming?
(For reference, my primary monitor is a 1600x900 resolution. I use a second monitor for teamspeak and music and whatnot.)

Would the two-way SLI 770s or the Titan Black be recommended more for gaming?

Which GPU solution would perform better on a triple monitor Surround setup?
What about a three-way SLI with the 770s?

Monitors:
Im in the US, looking to buy three identical monitors to use for gaming. I have no preference for anything, but I dont want to spend more then $200 on each monitors if I can help it.

Im looking for three monitors that I can use NVIDIA surround with, using one of the above solutions.(Titan Black/2 770s/3 770s)

Detailed and helpful answers would be fantastic :)

Your system is definitely not bottlenecked at that resolution.

770 SLI is definitely a more attractive option in my opinion, but 3-way SLI wouldn't be recommended. 3 cards don't scale all that well. You might be better offer with 780 SLI which should still be cheaper than a Titan Black.

770 SLI would be the best in cost performance @ 1080P. I think 3 way SLI would be bottle necked by your 8350 and it does not scale well. 780 SLI might be bottle necked by your processor, but you can overcome the limits of the 8350 by overclocking to 4.7-5.0 , but you will need a good cooler. Also a bigger power supply might be in order even for the 770 SLI with the 8350 overclock. You should list all of your specs so we can help you a little better.

I would say go with an overclocked 8350 with SLI 770s, my only caveat to that is 2gb of ram will be the limiting factor. SLI 3gb 780s or even SLI 3gb 780tis, would be killer! But with the extra money saved by getting a 770 and excellent cooler you could put more money toward your monitors ;) But I like single card solutions the best, and a 290x @ 4gb or single 780ti @ 3gb would still be killer too. What I guess I am saying is there are benefits to all of these solutions. I find buying the top end is not really the best investment, especially because maxwell is/ is going to be coming out very soon.

Would my 900w PSU be able to handle both a two-way SLI 770s and an OC'd 8350?
Would it be able to handle a third 770? ;-;

Im currently running a Cooler Master Hyper N520 for my CPU, would that be good enough to OC my 8350?

Would you say it would be better to just work on getting monitors for now and wait for some of the higher end Maxwell cards to come out?

Sorry for not getting back sooner, 3 tests one week LOL! I would get as much Vram as possible 6gb 780s are out now those in SLI would be amazing! But hopefully 6gb 780tis will be out soon, and those would trash so many games in surround! And the noctua coolers are regarded as the best air coolers, but i don't have one and have no experience with them, maybe someone else can lend there voice to this.
