so i sold my gaming pc because i needed the money and i got laptop. Before i got this laptop i made a post asking if it would run cs go with decent fps, and to be fair to whoever answerd it dose "run cs go" but 25 fps sometimes 10 dose not count as decent /playable. This came as a real shock to me i mean its only counter strike how demanding can it be, on counter strike source i get 82 on this laptop on go when im spectating people i get 65 but when i play i get 25 well moving and 10 when some one shoots at me. like wtf why such a change in fps between spectating and playing? and i get over 110 in menus /loading, so what can i do to fix this/ get better fps or am i stuck not being able to play a game that i put alot of money into... thanks in advance , guess have to just save up for a new pc if none of these work.

From a quick google search, it seems you have an i5 3317, with only a 1.7GHz clock speed and integrated graphics. If that's the case it's not surprising that you get low framerates.
Have you got CS:S or Garry's Mod? Try and see the FPS in those if you do.
