PC Lighting - LED Strips or LED Fans?

It's all preference, but I would get the fans so that you can simultaneously increase your cooling and your cool factor. 
As to the model, those are some of the best fans you can get, you won't have a problem with them.

Like Nightman said, it is all a personal preference. As for me, because my case doesn't have a window (NZXT Tempest 210), I would go for some nice blue LED Corsair AF120 fans.
