I'm looking at finally buying a new computer now that Microsoft is going to end support for XP.

I want to get a system with Win7 as I haven't been to impressed with win8.

My primary uses of the computer are web surf, email, some photoshop. On occasions I'll have photoshop, firefox, thunderbird and maybe Word or Excel open at the same time, but that's the extent of my multitasking.

I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a good system? I'm leaning towards a Haswell i5, but want to make sure I get the best bang for my buck. I'd also like to stay around $700.
