RAM Cas Latency confusion

Hi, i own 2 sticks of Kingston Hyper X 4GB which is total up to 8GB of memory.. Based on the box it clearly states that this stick is CL9 but when i check my Specs using Speccy this is what it says.

I got confuse.. Which one is my RAM CL? Thanks.

Yes, it's CL9, check in CPU-Z in the memory tab to see what they are actually running at, with your sticks think it should show 800 9-9-9-24
