So I'm buying x2 Titan Blacks and I already have 670 SLIs. My motherboard is able to handle 4 graphics cards but are they compatible with each other? (4 graphics cards at once. I'm pretty sure it's a no) Also is a 1000 Watt power supply enough or I need a bigger power supply? ( I do have a 1200 Watt lying around.) (I am visiting over seas so I got the blacks cheap ^_^) Asus version and not the evga dou. Also question that i was too lazy to ask. The game automatically puts the load on multiple graphics card if there are ones available right? Don't tell me i was only using 1 graphics card the whole time xD. (I have 3 monitors so yeah if that plays a role in the power supply question)

-Thanks in advance

You cannot run different model cards in SLI, so no 2xTitan + 2x670. Also, SLI is only active if you have the cards fitted with the bridge connector that goes on the top, and if you enable SLI in the nvidia control panel. If you haven't done both of those things, you very well may have been running two cards but with only one being utilized :V
However, SLI support varies by title, so while there are plenty of games that support it (and do so well), there are some games that may have poor or even no multi-gpu support.

Also, 1000W+ is more than enough; I'm running 2x780s and total system power consumption is just over 600W under heavy gaming load.

yes, but theres a way you can put 2 crossfire and 2 SLI's together, but you have to choose which one to play with.

Please ignore what mojo just posted, it's almost completely irrelevant what you are looking for; again, to run SLI, the cards need to be the SAME MODEL. So if you're going to get 4x 670s, they better all be the same kind (e.g. 4x 2GB cards, can't mix and match with 4GB models). If you're going to go 4x Titans, make sure you're buying either 4x Titan or 4x Titan Black cards, you cannot mix them.

yea you will need an approximately 1000W PSU
Wattage of 2 GTX 670 http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ 340W
Wattage of 2 GTX Tian Black http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ 500W

just an FYI the Titan uses a lot more power then that.
