Computer wont boot, makes a fast clicking

I built a computer, and when i plug in everything properly and turn on the computer, it wont start and makes ticking sound. I dont know where is the problem. does it make it to bios?

if it doesnt make it bios then i would guess it was either the psu or the cpu

if it does, it is probly something with drive recognition...either bad conx or bad drive

look closely at point three,can't see those on the pictures,or at least the space that they should give between motherboard and motherboardtray.
