is i5-4670 about the same performance as i7-4770 with single gtx 780 ti?

New build for strictly gamming. I don't want to shell out too much extra $ for little extra performance. My question is this: will i5-4670 along with a single gtx 780 ti perform about the same as with i7-4770K? Either version I'm going with a micro mobo, but a good one.

Solution
The difference between i5 and i7 in single player gaming is 0~5% but in BF4 multiplayer i7 is slightly faster!
You'll be fine with i5!

I am/was an AMD fan myself, never thought I would get an Intel i5-4670k... I bought the fx-8350 and that chip didn't even catch up with intel i3, I sold the fx and bought intel i5 4670k...no comparison mate, I was so angry and pissed off that I changed my plans of getting an AMD GPU as well... I have visions of love and hate for AMD...now look at this www.hardwarepal.com/best-cpu-gaming-9-processors-8-games-tested/
people here know me as dark.resurrection, I was an AMD fanboy...perhaps people here can tell you what a fanboy of AMD I was

That's what I was hoping to hear from somebody, a real story of experience. I'd rather pay extra for more speed and less complications. My A10-5800K is not very fast even when oc'd (limited) and mobo to match it. Iv'e been asking about many equipment options here at Tom's about my possible upgrades. Thanks for the information everyone, it will make deciding much easier.
