You can try to reset CMOS before replacing your card.

To clear the CMOS:
1.Turn off all peripheral devices connected to the computer and unplug it from the power outlet.
2.Remove the computer cover.
3.Locate the battery on the board "flat silver coin cell battery".
4.With a medium flat-bladed screwdriver, gently pry the battery free from its connector.
5.Leave the battery out for 10 mins and hold the power button for around 30 seconds or a minute "while power cable is disconnected from outlet!"
6.Put the battery back in, markings facing up.
7.Hold power button again for 30 seconds after reinstalling the battery while the pc is not plugged into the outlet
8.Boot the pc with the card in

Hopefully this will fix the issue
