I recently purchased a seagate 2tb external desktop drive. The drive worked perfectly and was easily accessable on my laptop and tv. After about four days of use on my tv the drive was no longer visible on my tv. I tried it on my laptop and same thing? I can see the drive in device manager but not access it at all and the only option available when right clicked is help? It is not visible in my computer either. When I plug the drive in it makes the usual noise and an icon appears in the task bar bottom right corner but ends up saying eject drive? Is there any way I can retrieve my files?? Can anybody please help??? Cheers
