Hello I'm a noob when choosing PC components.

So for which one should I go and why? (Besides the Evo 212 being cheaper)

Evo 212. It's cheaper and the performance difference isn't really all that important unless your trying to OC to the upper limits. If this is a new build the 75 dollar price difference (amazon has the dark rock for 105.) would be better spent on graphics, a nicer case or higher quality power supply.
