What's holding my PC back?

I currently have an i5 2400 (3.1ghz) and a GTX 560 Ti. I have to go all the way to low gfx settings on Titanfall to ensure no drops below 60fps, and even then I still see it drop on occasion.

What is holding me back? The 560 Ti? Or the i5 2400?

Thanks for the help.

Solution
The video card. The 560 is nothing more than a midrange card and Titanfall is more than a mid range card kinda game. I dont own it, but ive seen some clips.

That's what I was thinking, but I know Titanfall (Source engine in general) is quite CPU heavy, so I thought there was a chance it could be my CPU.

My motherboard only has PCI-E 2.0, is this a problem?

yeah titanfall if you crank up the texture will happily use around 3.7gb at 1080p...check your VRAM usage to make sure you don't get to 100%...as this will cause major drop in fps, stutter and may even make the game crash to desktop...
