HI, i am planning to buy a system, there are 2 options.

one is 2-year-old PC, configuration is as follows:
Intel i5 2500 @ 3.30 GHz Quad Core 64 bit operating engine
Intel Motherboard with Rapid storage Technology
USB 3.0 and SATA 6.0Gbs speed along with 2 HDMI ports
4GB DDR3 RAM single chip, Expandable to 32GB
1 GB ATI Radeon HD sappire Graphic Card
500 GB Hard Disk
22 " wide Dell LED screen Monitor with HDMI wire connectivity.
Logitech Wireless keyboard and mouse
Dual Creative Speakers 180 Wts.

Two... buy a new but for that price range and shelling out few extra bucks i can get i3 3rd gen? which is better

Used 2-year-old system is priced at 23,000 ruppes (380 USD) Where as for the same price or plus few extra cash i can buy new system with i3 3rd gen config system..... Which should i go for.

Is it really okay to go with 2 year old used system? That is my biggest concern.... Please help me out i am dont know what to do.....

If you can check out the used system before buying it, that price with a monitor is not bad for the used system. I'd run a stress test utility like Prime95 on the system before buying. A computer system can run for a decade if not abused easily. The biggest issue will be the hard drive, make sure that is good with a test utility from the drive vendor, second most common failure is the video card if it's a gaming class system.

If you can't test the system, I may go for a new one as you get a full warranty.
