Best modular power supply for my build?

Hey guys i am from india and going to get my build soon here it is,Please suggest a good modular PSU for future upgrades and a good cpu cooler.

CPU i7 4770k
MOBO Gigabyte GA-Z87x-OC
Cpu cooler other then hyper 212 evo(out of stock)
Ram Gskill Ripjaws 8gb
HDD WD Cavier Blue 1Tb
Case Corsair Carbide series 330r(is that good?)
PSU Please suggest me a good 600w-750w Modular PSU under 8000Rs
GPU MSI NVIDIA N760 TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5
Fans Noctua Nf-A14 PWM 140mm Cooler x 2

It's technically less than or equal to 8000Rs, and not under, but this is a nice PSU and the extra power will give you room for future upgrades.

This is the best air cooler out there, but if you aren't going to overclock, you don't need this much power, so let me know what you plan to do and a price range and I can recommend a good one

In that case, you probably don't need the d-14. I guess I'd recommend the hyper 212 evo then, but you said that it's out of stock. I'll do some research and see if I can find another comparable one.

I believe it's semi modular, so the necessary cords that you will definitely use will not come off, but the other ones will.

I was wrong about the PSU, it is fully modular. I think I was thinking of the 850W version. Now I'll go look for a cpu cooler.

Okay, I found this cooler, which is almost the same thing as the 212 evo and should work just as well.
