Ahad Uddin :
I am looking to purchase a new motherboard for roughly £50 my cpu is the amd phenom x4 965 black edition. I would like the standard Atx motherboard or one without onboard graphics since I had some trouble with installing the graphics card due to the onboard graphics.
I'm looking for a good motherboard for you, but would you consider or are you able to buy a new CPU and motherboard? Your CPU isn't what you would call obsolete by any means, but it is starting to become a little dated. For another year or so you will be able to get good results from it, but after that you will start to see the results of more complex games requiring more power and your fps will start to suffer. It would be wise to just go ahead and get a new CPU if you're going to be buying a motherboard anyway.
Let me know if you can do this or if you can't. Either way, we'll fix you up with your best option for gaming.
