About two weeks ago my PSU shorted out and destroyed my computer(it was going on 5 years old so it had a good run). (on the plus side it forces me to upgrade)

I was just wondering if I could get the communities opinion on this build. I hope to spend no more than $1200 max with a goal of $1000 to $1100.

My other question is of these two cases what one would work better the Corsair Obsidian 750D or Antec Twelve Hundred V3.
Thank you in advance for any advice and the list of parts I have so far is below.

Thank you both for the suggestions and i should have included that this is going to be a gaming pc. Also feel free to recommend any different parts. As i said i have not done a build in a long time.(my old computer was a q6600 paired with a gtx 260 so almost anything is a step up at this point.

Forgot to ask, do you have HDD already? Or do you plan on using 100GB of space?

I don't as of right now as I think everything in my old rig died when the PSU blew up. So i was planning on going with the 120 gb of space for now and buying a 1tb drive in a few weeks or next month.
