New Build, daily Nvidia display driver crashes. What to do?

Hi,

Since putting together my new rig I have been having multiple display driver crashes daily. I am getting 3-5 second black screens and the display driver notice "Nvidia display driver has stopped responding and recovered." Note: I have not overclocked the 650Ti at all, it is at stock settings. (*Ahhh! As a matter of fact it just crashed as I am typing this post!)

Here is what I have tried so far:

I uninstalled driver 335.23 and also used Driver Sweeper to make sure it was a full uninstall. I then re-installed 331.82 hoping an older driver would be more stable. No luck, still crashing.

I had also read that sometimes changing PCI-e slots will work. I moved my GPU to the second slot, still no luck.

I thought perhaps my overclocking of the CPU could have something to do with it but I was told to rule this out. Besides, I went back to stock settings to see if that would help but no dice, still having display driver issues. Again, I have not touched any settings with the GPU, it is stock.

What should I try from here? How far should I roll back to old display drivers? (Currently running 331.82). Thank you for the help!

My build:
PSU: Rosewill 900w
CPU: i7 3770k
GPU: GTX 650Ti
Mobo: ASRock z77 extreme4
Memory: Corsair 16GB 1600

I have verified that I have the latest drivers which were downloaded from the ASrock website.

I also recently tried the program Display Driver Uninstaller and used it to completey remove driver 331.82. I then installed 331.52 which is still currently installed. However, the problem persists. The display driver is even freezing on computer startup when loading into Windows. When this happens (which is very frequent now) the screen goes green and black and doesn't even load into Windows. I have to then restart the computer by holding down the power button and then power back on. When the computer does decide to load Windows, I am still getting display driver crashes about every hour or so. 3-5 second freezes and then it will recover and gives me the "display driver has stopped and recovered" message.

Could this be a hardware problem with my 650ti? Should I try to send it back?

Yes, in fact I do have an extra Power Supply. An Antec 850watt that I used in my last build and is not being used right now. Come to think of it it is probably newer than the old Rosewill 900 that I just put in this new build. So maybe the GPU isn't getting enough juice and that is causing display driver issues?
