Hey ppl my laptop is suddently starting to lose performance.Earlier i can play games like assassin's creed revelations,call of duty black ops,Batman arkham origins etc on high settings...but i cannot play any of the games with the same graphics setting anymore 
Like for instance Assassin's creed revelation where i can play it maxed out with 1366x768 with AA 8x(with 30-35 fps),but now i cannot get the same framerate(not playable at all)..and so i have to lower the settings(especially AA)...this goes for all the games.
I also recently changed my ac adapter to 3.9 amps(previously 4.7amps)....i don't think that this will be the reason for this as games even on power saving mode runs slower than before....any help is greatly appreciated!!
my laptop specs are:
Sony Vaio sve14a15fnb
intel core i5 2450m
4gb RAM ddr3
amd radeon hd7670m 1gb ddr3
640gb HDD
Laptop is 2 years old approx
