i am working with a 250D and i want to water cool my CPU + GPU
so, what fan rad combo is the best?
i'm gonna overclock my i7 4770k and 780ti; so it's gonna kick out alot of heat, which combo can remove the most heat?
if possible, what motherboard?

I'd go with a 120 in the front AND a 240 on the side if you really plan on pumping out a lot of heat. As for WHICH rads you choose, well it's all up to your budget and I wouldn't be the guy to ask about that, but I know that a dual rad config is possible in there.

Based on your CPU + GPU I see this is high end, so I'd recommend the Maximus Impact mini-ITX board:
