The 750ti is a lot of bang for your buck. you can prob find a open box 760 though if you look around.

The 750 TI would be a large upgrade, but for 160€ you should be able to get a superclocked GTX 660, which would be even better.
However, we'd need to know your PSU first to see if a 660 will run.
