AMD APU's and Windows Task manger- iGPU usage factored in?

When the windows task manager shows CPU usage on an AMD APU system, does it factor in the GPU usage as well, or does it only show the CPU/integer core usage?

I have searched and search, but cannot find any pertinent info regarding this.
