Hello, I'd love some opinions about my build. so:

Approximate Purchase Date: next few days
Budget Range: ~1000 USD
System Usage: Gaming, photoshop and regular usage.
Are you buying a monitor: No.
Do you need to buy OS: No.
Overclocking: No.
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Additional Info: Quiet - big advantage. Also, no need for mouse, keyboad, headphones, hard drive.

This is what I'v come up with so far:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($209.97 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($71.99 @ Mwave)
Motherboard: ? Maybe AsRock B85 pro4 or Asus Vanguard B85? both for ~70$
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($79.98 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($83.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($346.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case ($59.99 @ Micro Center) OR 400R OR Fractal Design
Define R4 Window
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ Micro Center)
Total: $987.89

Regarding the motherboard, at first I wanted to go for Asus Z87A for ~130$ OR ASRock Z87 Extreme4 for ~120$ but I figured it might be overkill as long as I don't plan to OC.. Do you agree? Thanks in advance!

Drop the cooler. You cannot overclock that CPU and you cannot overclock on that motherboard. HUGE waste of money

Your current board is fine if you are not overclocking.

Change the PSU. The CX units are average at best. XFX, Seasonic, Antec, Corsair (not CX, CS, RM) is what you want.

Hopefully you have an additional HDD.

Thanks for reply!
Do you think I don't need a CPU cooler at all? Won't it heat up when playing or using photoshop?
Regarding extra HDD , I do have one. I might add even more later on. In that case I'll probably go for Caviar Blue 2T..
Regarding the PSU - I'm not really sure what is the best option.. I found Corsair TX650M 650W for 95$, or maybe seasonic for around the same price? I'd love some advice..

Really any B85 board will be the same. You aren't overclocking so it doesn't really matter. They will all really do the job fine.

Stick with ASUS, ASRock, Gigabyte.
