Does this internal link help? If not, post back or rollback your choice to 12.04 LTS and then post back.

Does the flash boot to Ubuntu? If it doesn't reinstall is needed if it does in the search line type terminal, in the terminal type sudo ubiquity. Linux is case sensitive so be sure to type those in lower case. If the installer doesn't launch then you need a new copy of ubuntu. You will also find that Ubuntu 13.10 is a little more stable and complete and you would be better served downloading it for install if you can.

I tested ubuntu in my PC with the option "Try Ubuntu", but I couldn't install it because ubuntu can't be installed in the same partition withi win. So, download FDisk and make another partition in your HDD. This should solve the problem.
You should also format the usb to fat32 or ntfs and try again.
You mustn't format it with the option Quick Format

If what you say is true, I reccomend Windows' built in Disk Management application. Just select the drive, click Shrink, and choose at least ~5GB for new partition.

I found a new way.
1. click on start button
2. right click my computer and click manage
3. on storage settings (or something like that) make the C partition 8-16GB smaller and create a new one with 8-16GB space. Insert a letter and you're down
