The end of my HDMI cord is broken off and stuck in the TV. How can I get it out? I tried tweezers.

Whatever broke the cord off in the first place probably also damaged the socket and possibly other components depending on how the attachment of the socket is made in that particular TV.
If you're comfortable with pulling the TV cover off and possibly using a soldering iron to do the repair then that would be the way to go. Otherwise, get a technician to do the repair either in-house or take it to a shop.
