What is the best Full Tower case under 200 USD?

I want to know in your opinion on what is the best full tower gaming cases

Requirements:
Window
Great Cable management
CPU water cooling support
Less then 200 USD

I've been eyeing the NZXT Switch 810, Rosewill Throne (Windowed), Corsair 750D, and the CM strom Trooper (windowed) but what do you guys think the best Full tower case is.

oh forgot to get back to you, i dont really like how its so tall because i want it to fit under my desk, which that can't. thanks anyways.
