SATA III card?

My mobo has only SATA II ports, but I'm upgrading with a SATA III SSD
Should I buy a PCIex1 to SATA III adapter, and if yes, which one?
The PCie 2.0 x16 is already busy with my graphic card...!!!

I would just install the ssd you get into the first sata port by it's self. Install windows and then MB drivers. Set the BIOS up in AHCI mode before you install windows on the ssd. After the comp is set up and running right, install the hdd's if you like.
