I bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153 for my kids with fan filters for the side and front. Works really great for a mid tower build.

Unlike just about every other piece you can buy for a computer, a case (if taken care of) can out last your components, so it may just be worth it to increase your budget about, it could save you more in the long run

Thanks for all the suggestions. Yeah, I don't mind going past $40 if it's not by much and if the case is really worth it. I just figured there might be a decent case within the $30-$40 range.

Any thoughts on this case? I'd say the only gripe is with the direction that the hard drives mount.
